Registration

For New Students:

• Registration begins with an online application, link below. 

  • Have the following information available: 
    • Emergency contact information
    • Insurance information
    • Medical information

• To finalize your new student registration you must provide follow up documents listed.

• Please call the school for any specific questions. (850) 494-5630 ext. 232

• Only use Firefox or Chrome browsers. The online application will not work in Internet Explorer.

Online Enrollment Application

For Currently Enrolled Students: 

• Withdraw the student from his/her current school of enrollment

• Go to the new school to complete necessary enrollment paperwork

• Bring Proof of Address
  If the school you are attempting to enroll is NOT your residentially zoned school, you must also have School Choice approval prior to enrolling at the school.

For Previously Enrolled Students: 

• ​​​Go to your child's residentially zoned school to complete necessary enrollment paperwork.

• Bring Proof of Address
  If the school you are attempting to enroll is NOT your residentially zoned school, you must also have School Choice approval prior to enrolling at the school.
